Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until fully mixed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a variation, add chocolate chips or sprinkles to the dough before baking.
