- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Brush them with olive oil on both sides.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush the honey butter garlic mixture over the chicken tenders and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust honey for desired sweetness level.
