Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in honey, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Brush them with olive oil on both sides.
  5. Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Brush the honey butter garlic mixture over the chicken tenders and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust honey for desired sweetness level.
