A creamy soup version of classic lasagna with Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot; sautรฉ until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
- Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot.
