- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sautรฉ until translucent.
- Add minced garlic, carrots, celery, and turmeric powder; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
