For the Crust:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sautรฉ until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic, carrots, celery, and turmeric powder; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
