Description

A creamy cheesecake infused with the flavors of apple cider, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
  5. Fold in chopped apples and pour mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and apple slices.
