- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups chopped apples
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
- Fold in chopped apples and pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and apple slices.
