Description

A flavorful lasagna combining artichokes, spinach, and chicken for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, artichokes, chicken, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the chicken and add more vegetables.
