Description

Crispy and flavorful chicken wings marinated in Asian-inspired sauce, perfect for appetizers or main dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange wings on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve with a side of rice or vegetables.
