- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange wings on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve with a side of rice or vegetables.
