- 500g ground beef
- 200g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Add beef broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with gravy or sauce.
Notes
For a authentic flavor, use fresh herbs and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes before forming meatballs.
