A delicious and nutritious breakfast option featuring creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs on toasted bread.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. In a pan, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Mash the avocados in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted bread.
  4. In the same pan used for the bacon, fry the eggs to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Top each slice of toast with crispy bacon and a fried egg. Serve immediately.
