A delectable twist on the classic lasagna featuring the rich flavors of bacon and Parmesan.

For the Crust:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a large pot, boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer cooked noodles, ricotta mixture, bacon, and marinara sauce in the dish. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and sauce.
- Top the lasagna with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna sit for 5 minutes before serving.
