- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with barbecue sauce before cooking. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
