For the Crust:

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cranberries, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until cranberries are plump, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour cranberry mixture over the brie and sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is soft and slightly melted.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds before serving.
