For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cranberries, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until cranberries are plump, about 5 minutes.
- Pour cranberry mixture over the brie and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is soft and slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds before serving.
