A delightful appetizer featuring creamy brie wrapped in puff pastry with a sweet and spicy cranberry-pepper jelly and crunchy pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry-pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place the brie in the center.
  3. Spread the cranberry-pepper jelly over the top of the brie, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
