For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry-pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place the brie in the center.
- Spread the cranberry-pepper jelly over the top of the brie, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
