Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken cubes with garlic, salt, and pepper until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
