Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Place the fish in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream to the saucepan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
