Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream to the saucepan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
