For the Crust:
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Pour the sauce over the cod.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
