- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- Stuff each pear half with slices of brie cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and dried cranberries over the pears.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until pears are tender and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
