For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place pear halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Remove from oven and top with feta, cranberries, and a drizzle of honey. Serve warm.
