Description

Easy and delicious baked potatoes wrapped in foil, topped with a creamy Parmesan ranch sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chives.
  7. Once potatoes are done, remove from oven, unwrap, and slice open.
  8. Top with the Parmesan ranch sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispier skin, remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of baking. Pairs well with grilled meats.
