Easy and delicious baked potatoes wrapped in foil, topped with a creamy Parmesan ranch sauce.

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chives.
- Once potatoes are done, remove from oven, unwrap, and slice open.
- Top with the Parmesan ranch sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier skin, remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of baking. Pairs well with grilled meats.
