This easy baked salmon is cooked in foil, paired with tender asparagus and a flavorful lemon garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Place salmon fillets on a large piece of aluminum foil, surrounded by asparagus. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the top.
- Top with lemon slices, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh dill. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
