This easy baked salmon is cooked in foil, paired with tender asparagus and a flavorful lemon garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a large piece of aluminum foil, surrounded by asparagus. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the top.
  3. Top with lemon slices, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh dill. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
