Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the salmon fillets on a clean surface and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, dill, and chopped spinach.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Roll up each fillet tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Place the roulades in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
