Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out the salmon fillets on a clean surface and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, dill, and chopped spinach.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Roll up each fillet tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Place the roulades in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a crispier exterior, broil for the last 2 minutes. Ensure salmon is fresh for best results.
