Description

Easy and flavorful baked shrimp and broccoli in foil packs for a mess-free meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among four sheets of foil.
  4. Fold the foil around the mixture to create sealed packs.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  6. Carefully open the packs and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
