Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Cut a slit in each salmon fillet to create a pocket.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the salmon pockets.
