- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic, and olive oil.
- Cut a slit in each salmon fillet to create a pocket.
- Stuff the mixture into the salmon pockets.
- Season with salt and pepper.
