- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
- For the sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and coat again in flour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with rice or salad.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-fry the chicken. Adjust spice level by adding more sriracha if desired.
