Description

A crispy fried chicken dish coated in a spicy, creamy bang bang sauce, perfect for a flavorful meal with a kick.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • For the sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and coat again in flour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
  5. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or salad.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-fry the chicken. Adjust spice level by adding more sriracha if desired.
