- 8 ounces bowtie pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the Alfredo sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine; simmer for 5 minutes.

Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk. Ensure beef is sliced thinly for even cooking.
