Description

A creamy pasta dish featuring tender beef, bowtie pasta, and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk. Ensure beef is sliced thinly for even cooking.
