Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat oil over high heat and stir-fry the beef until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then add the cooked noodles.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes
