- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a wok, heat oil over high heat and stir-fry the beef until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then add the cooked noodles.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot.
