Description

A delicious pasta dish featuring tender beef, aromatic garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese tossed with fettuccine noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
