- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
