- 1 cup orzo pasta

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sautรฉ until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
- Add orzo pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper; simmer for another 5 minutes.
