Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sautรฉ until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
  5. Add orzo pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper; simmer for another 5 minutes.
