A delightful dessert combining fresh berries with the classic flavors of tiramisu in a layered trifle.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee liqueur and layer them at the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the ladyfingers.
- Spread the mascarpone mixture over the berries.
- Repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with mascarpone mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute coffee liqueur with strong brewed coffee.
