Description

A delightful dessert combining fresh berries with the classic flavors of tiramisu in a layered trifle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfingers in coffee liqueur and layer them at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries over the ladyfingers.
  4. Spread the mascarpone mixture over the berries.
  5. Repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute coffee liqueur with strong brewed coffee.
