Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 large apple, julienned
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, cranberries, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
