For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
- Stir in banana pudding mix, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
