A sweet and smoky bourbon-glazed salmon that’s easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and smoked paprika.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove salmon from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Baste with remaining marinade during cooking for extra flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For the best results, use high-quality bourbon and avoid overcooking the salmon to keep it moist.
