Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
