A sweet and smoky salmon glazed with bourbon, perfect for a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill salmon for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
