For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Cajun chicken bites over the cheesy Alfredo linguine. Garnish with fresh parsley.
