- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil and lightly spray with no-stick cooking spray.
- Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a heavy-bottom saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until melted and smooth.
- Fold in pecans and cranberries.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. For best results, use high-quality white chocolate.
