Description

This is a creamy, rich Christmas fudge recipe that’s perfect for holiday gifting. It’s easy to make and full of festive flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil and lightly spray with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a heavy-bottom saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until melted and smooth.
  5. Fold in pecans and cranberries.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. For best results, use high-quality white chocolate.
