For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and fresh thyme leaves.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are crispy. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper before serving.
