Description

Delicious breakfast sandwiches made with flaky croissants, eggs, bacon, and cheese.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 croissants, halved
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and place croissant halves on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  3. In a small pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked; season with salt and pepper to taste.
