For the Crust:
- 4 croissants, halved
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and place croissant halves on a baking sheet.
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- In a small pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked; season with salt and pepper to taste.
