For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chicken broth, melted butter, and beaten egg until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as a festive side dish.
