Fudgy brownies with a red velvet twist, perfect for desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and food coloring.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a fudgier texture, do not overbake. Store in an airtight container.
