For the Crust:
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 375ยฐF).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
- Place shucked oysters on the grill, ensuring they are level to retain juices. Spoon the parmesan garlic mixture evenly over each oyster.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes or until the topping is golden and bubbly and the oysters are cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
