  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 375ยฐF).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place shucked oysters on the grill, ensuring they are level to retain juices. Spoon the parmesan garlic mixture evenly over each oyster.
  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes or until the topping is golden and bubbly and the oysters are cooked through.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
