Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork chops and simmer for 5 minutes, turning once, until the sauce thickens and coats the chops.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
