Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork chops and simmer for 5 minutes, turning once, until the sauce thickens and coats the chops.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
