Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, and sun-dried tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  6. Slice chicken, and add to the sauce. Add pasta and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with extra Parmesan, if desired.
