- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced potatoes, heavy cream, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired. Serve hot.
