A savory and quick stir-fry combining tender steak, succulent shrimp, and noodles in a rich sauce.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add steak and shrimp, stir-frying until just cooked (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the wok. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
