Description

A savory and quick stir-fry combining tender steak, succulent shrimp, and noodles in a rich sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add steak and shrimp, stir-frying until just cooked (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the steak and shrimp to the wok. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
