Description

A fun fusion of a Big Mac and tacos, featuring smashed beef patties with special sauce, pickles, and cheese in a taco shell.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Special sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 portions and smash them onto the skillet to form thin patties.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. While cooking, mix the special sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Once patties are cooked, assemble tacos: place patty on tortilla, add lettuce, onions, pickles, cheese, and drizzle with special sauce.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture. Adjust sauce to taste.
