Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Special sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon pickle relish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 portions and smash them onto the skillet to form thin patties.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- While cooking, mix the special sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Once patties are cooked, assemble tacos: place patty on tortilla, add lettuce, onions, pickles, cheese, and drizzle with special sauce.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture. Adjust sauce to taste.
