Description

Decadent brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and topped with cherry flavors, perfect for a rich dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough into balls and press a dent in the center of each.
  7. Fill the dent with cherry pie filling.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool and top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the dough before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
