Description

A creamy and spicy Alfredo pasta dish featuring blackened chicken, perfect for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce along with the pasta. Toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

This dish is spicy; adjust cayenne pepper to your preference. Pairs well with garlic bread.
