Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the sourdough loaf in a criss-cross pattern without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff the brie cheese into the cuts of the bread.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, pomegranate seeds, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the bread cuts.
