Description

A refreshing dessert layered with lemon cake, cream, and blueberries.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made lemon pound cake, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the cubed lemon pound cake.
  2. Spread half of the lemon curd evenly over the cake.
  3. Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
