For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made lemon pound cake, cubed
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the cubed lemon pound cake.
- Spread half of the lemon curd evenly over the cake.
- Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
