Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and sour cream, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the ranch dressing mix and stir until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

This dip is best served cold and can be made ahead of time. For a spicier version, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
