- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the ranch dressing mix and stir until well incorporated.
- Fold in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
This dip is best served cold and can be made ahead of time. For a spicier version, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
